Well 38 weeks is here and not too much has happened with Miss Emma! She seems quite content fattening up where she is!! At my last appointment, yesterday, we had an Ultrasound to see how big Baby E might be! Sure it is an estimated guess but was still fun to see her and find out what they through her estimated weight was!! Turns out they think she is about 7lbs 8oz. already!!! I mean that is a great size if she were coming like today, but I'm a little bit nervous if they are on target with her weight and the little missy hangs on for the due date!! We will have a 9 pounder on our hands!! I guess if I stop eating ice cream everyday that may stop her from getting too big but what is the fun in that at this point!! Oh and they could see on the Ultrasound that she does have some hair and it may even be curly!!! OMG - can you imagine :) Cant wait to see for ourselves!!!!
So I will pretend that we are patiently waiting for her arrival, I dont think patient is actually what you would call this!! Patience is a quality that we are both working on!! We know it will be much needed in the days, weeks, months and years to come!!!!
Will post some pictures if I approve of any!! Cant say I am loving any that I have seen the past few days!!!! Again this could have something to do with the daily ice cream!!
