Behind in Blogging!

Wow - I have gotten really behind on keeping those of you who follow the blog (although I'm not sure anyone does anymore!) updated with the going ons of the Flynn family and of course most importantly Emma!

Between our family trip to Orlando for Thanksgiving and our new found love for weekends I just never find the time to get on here and keep you in the loop - SORRY!! I think I have a new years resolution that I maybe be ready to address!!

Emma is growing like a week and just keeps us entertained every day!! I think that girl keeps a permanent smile on my face - even when I am going into her room at 3 in the morning because a certain someone is experiencing the first phase of teething. Or at least that is what I have diagnosed. Bless her heart the girl wants to chew on everything!!!! Ornaments, cell phones, my hair, of course her toys, hands and her paci!!! She is a chewing, drooling fool!!! It has just recently started to bother her sleeping routine but we will just comfort her as much as we can. Between cuddles, eating and a little baby Orajel I think she will be fine! Which I have to say Baby Orajel is simply repackaged regular Orajel!! Both Dan and I tested it out before giving it to her and it for sure has the same kick that we adults use!!! It definitely helped her sleep better last night though! I promise to updated when that little sucker finally makes its way through!

While we are insanely looking forward to the holidays - I constantly find myself wishing for more time in the day! I wish santa could bring be a few more hours everyday to enjoy my precious little girl and help us have some time for the two of us! Just a few more hours everyday and we would be set!!!

Here are just a few tidbits on sweet baby E until I can get back into the routine of updating more frequently!!

Emma is:

Sitting up on her own for a few minutes at a time before the inevitable face plant! She loves being watched showing off her new trick.

Eating up rice cereal twice a day! We are almost ready to move on to veggies! That will be fun.

Very ticklish - she laughs and laughs until she gives herself the hiccups.

Expolisve! Pretty much everyday she is sent home from daycare in a new outfit and I have a smelly bag of clothes to take home.

Probably weighs over 15 pounds! We will find out when we go for her 6 month appointment in early JANUARY!!!!! Bet we will be shocked by the number - those legs are looking mighty chubby these days!

Well those are some of the highlights!!!
